Video Editor, Motions Graphics Designer

We're looking for a Video Editor Motion Graphics Designer who can handle everything from short-form social videos to broadcast spots, working closely with our creative team to bring campaigns to life. Edit and motion design content across broadcast, digital, social, and webWork closely with art directors, copywriters, and creative leads to translate concepts into finished video and motion workDevelop motion graphics, lower thirds, title sequences, and animated assets that feel on-brand and on-conceptHandle color grading, sound design coordination, and post-production polish on all deliverablesAdapt and repurpose video content for multiple platforms and specs (Instagram, YouTube, broadcast, etc. 2–5 years of video editing and motion graphics experience in an agency, production company, or fast-paced creative environmentExpert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and PhotoshopStrong portfolio demonstrating:Clean, polished editing with great pacing and timing Work across multiple formats and platforms You'll work across multiple brands and campaigns, not just one account, real variety in what you createA collaborative creative team where your motion work is valued and central to the campaignTight-knit, boutique agency vibe with the resources to do visible, high-quality workOn-site culture in Tallahassee, FL, you'll be in the mix brainstorming, iterating, and seeing concepts evolve in real timeOpportunity to grow your reel with concept-driven, integrated travel and tourism workA creative environment that actually supports each other and leaves the drama at the door
