About The Role

This profile describes a Video Producer & Graphics Designer — a full-stack creative who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and design across all visual media. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable behind a camera, inside a timeline, and on an artboard. You will own the entire creative pipeline — from scripting and storyboarding to final delivery — producing video content, motion graphics, social media assets, brand collateral, and UI visuals that elevate our products and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content — including product demos, promotional videos, tutorials, social media reels, and corporate presentations Edit and post-produce video footage using industry-standard tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve), including color grading, sound mixing, and captioning Create motion graphics, animated intros/outros, lower thirds, and visual effects for video content Design brand collateral — logos, banners, flyers, brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and pitch decks Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all digital and print assets Design UI elements, illustrations, icons, and marketing visuals for web and mobile platforms Manage the full creative pipeline from concept and storyboarding through to final delivery and asset management Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate briefs into compelling visual stories Optimize content for multiple platforms and formats (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, web) Stay current with design trends, video techniques, and emerging creative tools to keep output fresh and competitive

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Must) Strong video production skills — camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and on-set direction Advanced video editing and post-production capabilities, including color correction, sound design, and motion graphics Solid graphic design foundation — typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity design Experience creating content for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work independently Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of video production, editing, and graphic design work Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition, pacing, and detail

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with 3D modeling or animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design platforms Experience with drone videography or 360° video production Familiarity with audio production, voiceover recording, or podcast editing Understanding of SEO for video content and YouTube channel management Experience with AI-powered creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, Adobe Firefly)
