Creativity • Conceptualize, design and creatively film/edit videos for brand, partners, products, marketing campaigns, events, culture and corporate communications • Direct on-screen talent as needed • Develop highly creative pre-production overviews and final production plans for approval by stakeholders (pop culture knowledge a must) • Create and/or add special effects, music and graphics • Improvise and think on your feet when things change Technical • Assist in developing theme, storyline, dialog, set and scripting copy for production development • Film live production events to get raw footage and B-roll • Manage livestream multi-camera presentations • Provide polished video presentations of finished projects and present samples for pre-production and final approval • Coordinate daily video channel management • Perform on-going research • Report on and manage all video channels appropriate to industry • Research and manage all video production equipment • Manage all video storage and assist in sharing/co-collaboration and scheduling capabilities with team members • Must be proficient in Adobe software including Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. *Bonus for Adobe Audition, InDesign, Blender or Maya. • Proficient with DSLR camera systems, Blackmagic, three-point lighting, and basic audio setup.
