As a Vinyl Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of vinyl graphics and assisting in various aspects of the production process. Responsibilities:

- Assist in the production of vinyl graphics, including cutting, weeding, and application.

- Operate and maintain vinyl cutting machines, plotters, and other production equipment.

- Prepare vinyl materials, ensuring accurate measurements and specifications.

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate interpretation of design files.

- Maintain inventory of vinyl materials and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.

- Perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of finished products.

- Assist in packaging and shipping of completed vinyl graphics orders.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in vinyl graphics production or a related field is preferred.

- Proficiency in operating vinyl cutting machines and plotters.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

- Basic knowledge of graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Flexi Sign or CorelDRAW.

- Ability to interpret design files and follow instructions accurately.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification or training in vinyl graphics production or a related field.

- Familiarity with different types of vinyl materials and their applications.

- Experience with large-format printing and installation.
