TITLE: Virtual Engagement Intern REPORTS TO: Virtual Engagement Manager STATUS: Part-time, Nonexempt LOCATION: San Rafael, temporarily working remotely ABOUT 10,000 DEGREES: 10,000 Degrees is a leading college success nonprofit organization in California that helps low-income and first generation students get to and through college. 10,000 Degrees has helped thousands of students get to and successfully graduate from college. POSITION SUMMARY: The Virtual Engagement Intern works closely with the Virtual Engagement Manager to create graphics and manage social media for 10,000 Degrees virtual events and programs. RESPONSIBILITIES: In-House Graphic Design • Design graphics and materials in Canva (such as flyers, social media posts, invitations, etc.) • Design, distribute, and manage the organization of Canva templates for use by various program teams across 10,000 Degrees.
