Virtual Marketing Assistant - Website & Design

Equivity is looking for part-time marketing professionals with a broad range of digital marketing skills including creating and managing websites, as well as coordinating email marketing and social media campaigns. For this role, we are looking for team member who will focus specifically on website and graphic design, though opportunities in other marketing areas in which you are skilled may also be available. As a virtual marketing assistant with Equivity, you will have the opportunity to build a portfolio of different clients, with whom you would work to achieve their marketing goals. We are a growing business and are looking for a digital marketer who is excited to partner with us and is interested in a long-term role with our company. Position requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of experience as a marketing coordinator, specialist, or more senior position • Experience designing and maintaining websites with background in WordPress required, including website troubleshooting skills • Strong graphic design skills for both digital and print media, across a variety of design platforms • Recent social media marketing experience, including Facebook and LinkedIn • Recent experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact, Hubspot and MailChimp • Availability to respond to requests within an hour during the hours of 9 AM \- 6 PM, Monday – Friday (Eastern or Pacific Time Zone) • Your own laptop and smart phone with broadband access to Internet • Quiet location in which to take phone calls The following qualifications are not required, but would be useful: • E-commerce experience, specifically using Shopify • Experience with PPC campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads • Experience with additional social media platforms such as Pinterest and Instagram • Content writing experience Qualities we are looking for: • Organization • Dedication • Initiative • Reliability • Attention to detail • Resourcefulness • Excellent communication skills • Responsiveness • Ability to work independently with limited oversight To apply, please visit: https://equivity.recruitee.com/o/virtual-marketing- assistant-website-design Equivity is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
