This role translates complex operational concepts into simple, visually compelling graphics, videos, diagrams, and digital assets that support learning, change readiness, and field understanding. The role also contributes to the visual identity, templates, and design standards used across OST training and communication materials. It is hybrid and based onsite 3 days a week. You Will: Design visual assets such as infographics, process diagrams, job aids, motion graphics, microvideos, digital signage content, and SharePoint visuals. Partner with Training & Development to create visually engaging materials for eLearning, instructor-led content, and job aids.
