Visual Artist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate effectively with our customers. Job Responsibilities: • Collaborate with co-workers and customers on file transfers, FTP access, and online proofs • Inspect jobs for accuracy before processing • Provide timely feedback to customers (10-30 per day) • Maintain organized file storage on the server • Lay out computer-generated vinyl or full-color graphic images on substrates • Prepare substrates for application • Perform finishing operations such as laminating and mounting printed pieces • Install signs when necessary • Assist with other tasks as needed, such as answering phones and consulting with customers Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field required; advanced education preferred • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition • Excellent communication and project management skills • Able to work under pressure to produce high-quality results • Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds or more • Must be able to lean over a waist-high table and use hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics • Able to use light power equipment What We Offer: • A competitive salary and benefits package • The opportunity to work with a talented team of designers and artists • A dynamic and fast-paced work environment About Our Ideal Candidate: • A motivated and creative individual with a passion for design • A strong portfolio showcasing their skills and experience • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
