Graphic Designer Position This position requires the ability to develop and produce creative assets that align with the school's mission. Responsibilities: • Developing and producing creative assets for marketing, admissions, advancement, athletics, and school-wide communications • Upholding and strengthening the school's brand identity across all visual materials • Serving as the primary designer for campaigns, publications, digital media, and event branding • Refining and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity across platforms • Overseeing visual quality and cohesion of all creative deliverables, including integration of photography and video Qualifications: • Personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to the school's mission • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field • 5+ years of professional design experience (agency, higher ed, nonprofit, or corporate marketing/communications) • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, print, digital, and cross-platform design • Proven ability to independently manage complex creative projects • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) Benefits: Our institution offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that supports the well-being of all employees.
