Visual Content Designer and Video Specialist

Position Overview

We invite you to join our Patient Recruitment Solutions (PRS) digital team as a Visual Content Designer and Video Specialist. In this role, you will create compelling short-form video reels for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and other marketing channels—playing a key part in enhancing patient recruitment for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging short-form video reels tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Edit raw and stock video footage into polished, brand-aligned content that meets campaign goals and adheres to our visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure alignment with wider marketing strategies.
• Create motion graphics, transitions, and other visual elements that enhance storytelling.
• Source or design graphic elements and visual assets for videos while managing multiple projects from pre-production through to delivery within tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, social video formats, and emerging technologies to keep content current and engaging.
• Work with the translations team to integrate language translations into video content.
• Assist with graphic design and advertising development as needed.

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in video production, video editing, or motion design (preferred agency or in-house experience).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, video formats, specifications, and audience behaviors.
• Ability to take projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
• A portfolio showcasing a variety of video reels, short-form content, and design projects.
• Demonstrated aptitude for visual storytelling, typography, and branding.
• Experience in the clinical trials and drug development sectors is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree.
