Visual Content Lead - Video & Graphic Design

This position will collaborate with and provide coaching to staff members across the Communications team and foundry10 as a whole, including two direct reports: a Multimedia Specialist and Graphic Designer. In addition to leading and mentoring, they will personally contribute to content creation for priority projects, including capturing original video footage and photography, directing shoots, editing and publishing visual media for digital and print channels, developing presentation slides, preparing scripts/storyboards, and occasionally executing graphic design and layout tasks. This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $87,900 to $146,500, reporting to the Director of Communications and Storytelling. • Work closely with the Director of Communications and Storytelling to develop and implement strategies for the organization's video platforms (including YouTube), presentations, print collateral, and other visual content and distribution channels. • Experience working directly with youth on multimedia projects a plus.
