Visual Design Senior Specialist

Designs and produces PowerPoint-based and interactive visual content in the form of client and prospect presentations, meeting support deliverables, internal- and external-facing training materials, reports, and other related materialEdits images and creates custom charts, graphs, tables, icons and other infographics for use in presentations in alignment with brand guidelines, leveraging stock assets as necessaryDrafts, reviews, and edits engaging copy and messaging for presentations and other, related deliverables as neededLeads and/or provides significant support on presentation projects and internal focus areasWorks independently and collaborates with other team members and internal clients to establish clear creative direction that can be converted into a presentation that connects, executing on that direction with confidenceResearches and understands firm audiences and makes appropriate structure, layout, and imagery recommendationsSupports the creation, evolution, maintenance and modification of master PowerPoint templates and internal, editable PowerPoint graphics resources for diverse needsChampions the BDO brand to ensure all marketing and communications reflect the firm’s messages, positioning and visual identitySupports the development of tools and resources to communicate corporate visual identity and presentation processes in alignment with global standards and industry best practicesHelps ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all materials by carefully reviewing work and adhering to the correct use of established brand standards, national marketing protocol and defined processesMaintains team digital file management system and follows backup best practicesIdentifies industry, design, and presentation trends, and focuses on building technical knowledge by attending workshops/webinars, reviewing professional publications, and/or participating in professional societiesOther duties as required Together, we are focused on delivering exceptional and sustainable outcomes and value for our people, our clients, and our communities.
