Produce print graphics in support of intelligence and cyber community training products. Apply skills in graphic design on multiple complex work assignments that may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish graphic design requests. Basic Qualifications: • At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer • At least 3 years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite • At least 3 years of experience developing Interactive Multi-Media Instruction (IMI) at ICW levels 2, 3, and 4 • At least 1 year of experience developing Section 508 compliant courseware, including SCORM 4.1 and HTML5 standards • At least 1 year of experience developing courseware in support of an approved Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Learning Management System (LMS) • TS/SCI clearance • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Communications, and 3+ years of experience in graphic design or communications, or 5+ years of experience in graphic design or communications in lieu of a degree Additional Qualifications: • Navy Master Training Specialist (MTS) or DoD equivalent Certification • Military or Civilian Instructor Certification Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
