Visual Design Specialist

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create compelling visual content across both print and digital platforms, contributing to educational products that make a difference in learners' lives.

Your Responsibilities:

Design visual assets for print and digital formats, ensuring they adhere to brand and accessibility standards.Engage in brainstorming sessions and concept development with cross-functional teams.Collaborate with product, content, and other partners to understand audience needs and market goals.Manage your workload effectively to deliver high-quality outputs on time.Leverage generative AI tools to enhance your design processes and support ideation.Review and refine designs for accuracy and consistency.Contribute to the improvement of team workflows and best design practices.Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and AI capabilities.What We’re Looking For:

2-5 years of experience in visual or graphic design.A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills in print and digital mediums.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Firefly).Familiarity with Figma and collaborative design tools.Experience with generative AI tools in design workflows.A solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Cengage values diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
