Experience and Knowledge Required: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools) Experience in creating digital and print media, including social media graphics, flyers, banners, and service visuals Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual composition Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to collaborate with ministry leaders and volunteers A love and calling toward ministry, with a passion for visually communicating the church’s mission Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X) Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with a focus on detail and follow-through Ability to work independently with professionalism and creativity • Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus Create engaging social media content (posts, stories, and campaigns) to promote events, services, and ministry initiatives Develop print media such as flyers, posters, brochures, and banners for church events and outreach programs Collaborate with ministry leaders to understand design needs and translate concepts into visually impactful materials Ensure all designs align with the church’s branding guidelines and mission Manage and organize digital assets, maintaining an archive of graphics and templates Respond to feedback and make revisions to designs in a timely manner Stay updated on design trends and social media best practices to enhance visual communication Participate in monthly department meetings to discuss upcoming events and creative needs Coordinate with external print vendors to ensure high-quality production of materials • Assist with photography or videography for events when needed Love for People Work ethic that is excellent, protective, and frugal with time and resources • Attitude of a servant, enjoyable to be with, and devoted to the call of God and the Church
