Visual Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent graphic design skills, experience working with various software applications, and the ability to work as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: • Assess requests for graphics and respond to inquiries from Assessment Development staff • Provide clear production updates to the Project Lead and Supervisor (as needed) of current workflow which includes volume, estimations for task completion, and issues impacting completion duration • Communicate with Content to discuss queries of Art production and provide basic guidance for art style, layout, and universal design while adhering to project specifications • Evaluate newly created art against art requests to check for quality and accuracy • Follow documented procedures for creation and revision of art • Share knowledge and expertise with team members to improve overall department understanding of software skills and techniques • Work in proprietary and partner item banking systems • Understand file management and work between various testing programs • Adhere to diversified style and technical specifications between numerous testing programs • Meet established deadlines and internal milestones or as directed by supervisor or project schedules • Generate report information for assigned projects and as requested by Supervisors • Coordinate with external vendors for technical specifications, needs, and capabilities; communicate needs and capabilities to vendors accurately and clearly to ensure that all file handoffs are completed according to established processes • Assist Sr. Graphic Design Specialist, Graphic Design Specialist Lead, and Supervisor in coordination of vendor work • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with laws and regulations applicable to the job function About Us: We deliver nearly 50 million tests annually.
