Visual Designer, Marketing About Our Visual Designer, Marketing You’ll support the Growth team by creating compelling, high-impact design across a wide variety of formats and platforms. Create presentation decks (internal and external), infographics, one-sheeters, and more • Design email newsletters, landing pages, and promotional graphics • Collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Design and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and strategic visuals • Support brand storytelling through both campaign and evergreen assets • Help develop and maintain visual consistency across channels while working within evolving brand guidelines • Create strong design briefs and translate them into compelling visual solutions • Support Fan Engagement team with graphics around the Crime Junkie Fan Club, merch, and other initiatives • Develop scalable visual content including social media templates, web design elements, and promotional graphics • Ensure visual consistency across all branding touchpoints • Design high-performing creative for digital paid campaigns, including assets optimized for performance marketing across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other key channels • Apply feedback effectively to refine and elevate your work • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment What You’ll Bring to the Table • 5+ years of professional design experience in a marketing, brand, or creative team (in-house or agency) • Strong portfolio showcasing clean, strategic, multi-platform work • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Google Slides; familiarity with Figma is a plus • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy • Experience designing for both digital and print • Ability to interpret brand strategy and turn it into compelling visual narratives • Experience collaborating with marketing or growth teams, with comfort interpreting performance feedback • Strong understanding of brand identity systems and visual storytelling • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to present and explain design decisions to both creative and non-creative stakeholders • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
