The Visual Designer executes creative deliverables that follow key art and align with creative strategy, helping communicate the visual expression of our clients’ brands. This role requires the ability to design based off key art and to develop unique concepts. Must be eager to collaborate with team members of all levels. • Creative Excellence: The Visual Designer produces engaging, diverse designs in the digital space, demonstrating a passion for motion and visual design and attention to detail. Qualifications • Ideally 3+ years professional visual design experience • Have an online portfolio demonstrating versatility in style and medium • Experience in video creation and editing skills; Premier Pro and After Effects • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • An understanding of design principles and best practices across digital, UI/UX and print • Exceptional typography skills with meticulous attention to detail • Experience with design tools such as Figma and Sketch • Proactive problem solver with an eye for detail and storytellling • Ability to handle multiple projects • Effective communicator who can present designs to internal audiences • Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to work independently • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality • Receptive to feedback with the ability to incorporate it effectively • Maintains calm under pressure while effectively managing multiple projects and tight deadlines • Experience with presentation tools (Canva, Powerpoint) • Commitment to developing a deep understand of the company’s brand, product and services, mission, value and key differentiators • Agency experience preferred • Follow established processes and procedures, including workflow between teams and external clients • Experience in CMS workflow environments • Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design or Communication Design
