Precision Nudging is the application of behavioral science to health interventions personalized by AI to each individual that overcome barriers to action at the right time and place for scalable, behavior change. This is a remote role, or can be hybrid if you are based in TN. The ability to adopt a pragmatic approach to image development is essential, ensuring the application of user-centered design principles while meeting agreed-upon internal and client deadlines. In addition, the visual designer supports the wider organization with the creation of visual assets for various activities including but not limited to research studies, marketing collateral, and presentations. • Ability to understand and incorporate design, marketing psychology, behavioral science, and storytelling principles into visuals • Solid portfolio demonstrating exceptional graphic design principles and technical proficiency • Experience producing animation nice to have but not required • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite • Figma a plus • Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus • Understands and stays up-to-date on current design trends and techniques • Attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects with various timelines.
