Our Retail Engagement and Optimization department is integral to the success of the company because we strongly believe that investing in our employees as beauty experts is what sets us apart. In addition, you will: • Design and develop department needs across mediums including, but not limited to: digital participant and facilitator guides, job aids, eLearning modules, video/vyond content, interactive PDF’s, print collateral, PowerPoint training presentations and microsites • Work with an Instructional Designer, eLearning Developer and Subject Matter Experts to develop use cases and requirements for desktop and mobile builds • Quickly, yet thoroughly, create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors with the learning management system and other UI/UX interfaces in mind • Present and defend design recommendations to partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership for review, feedback, and approval • Develop and maintain detailed user-interface and interaction specifications • Work cross-functionally to gather necessary assets and catalogue in an organized fashion • Develop and implement design standards and style guides throughout all phases of development and production, using solid understanding of typography, graphic design and digital design; partner with Internal Branding to ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines • Collaborate with Store Experience & Business Operation and cross-functional teams to understand business needs/project requirements and design thoughtful engaging solutions with measurable impact • Establish and maintain strong and efficient relationships with business partners (SMEs, PMs, stakeholders, CPT) • Manage and execute projects on time, on budget, with the highest quality standards and keep manager and project team informed on progress of assignments • Desire and ability to collaborate & provide concise feedback and direction to other members of the design team • Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
