HireArt is helping the world's largest social network find a Visual Designer to engage with its small and midsize business communities through richly crafted storytelling and experiences. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of design work experience and a rational, innovative approach to projects. **As Visual Designer, you will:** * Develop campaigns that engage a B2B audience across multiple platforms (e.g., web landing pages, emails, direct mailers, digital ads, and presentations). * 5+ years of design work experience in a digital agency, advertising agency, or in-house team * Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma/Sketch, Acrobat, PowerPoint, Adobe After Effects, and Keynote * Experience with motion graphics and illustration * Passion for layout, illustration, typography, photography, and UI/UX * Demonstrated ability to create conceptual designs and ability to extend existing branding * Excellent communication skills and ability to pitch ideas confidently * Ability to understand business objectives, incorporate feedback, and produce exceptional solutions that represent the brand * A portfolio available online that showcases multiple digital design challenges, with B2B examples a plus
