Working closely with Creative Directors, you'll define and maintain graphics packages and style guides across our sports properties.You will provide bar-raising quality oversight and demonstrate subject matter expertise in graphic design, ensuring marketing assets such as Key Art maintain brand integrity throughout the production process. You should possess strong writing and design sensibilities. Sports by nature are ever-evolving and unpredictable, and to be successful in this role, a candidate must be able to be nimble and responsive when opportunities or challenges arise.Key job responsibilitiesReviewing and validating all creative assets against established brand guidelines and quality standardsIdentifying and resolving quality issues before assets reach final deliveryManaging the creative asset review process across multiple simultaneous projectsContributing to the development of internal processes that streamline deliveryMaking critical judgment calls regarding quality standardsEnsuring consistency across all creative deliverablesTracking and documenting quality issues and resolutionsCreating and maintaining comprehensive style guides for sports propertiesDeveloping templates and creative guidelines for consistent brand expressionBasic Qualifications4+ years of creative experience in advertising agencies or in-house creative teams.An online portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, art direction, and design skills.Proficiency with industry design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.Strong organizational and time management skills.Self-starter with the ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task.Excellent verbal, written, and storytelling skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in sports or entertainment industryBackground in production workflows and trafficking systemsKnowledge of broadcast/streaming design standards and specificationsFamiliarity with various file formats and delivery requirements across platformsExperience working with external vendors and creative agenciesKnowledge of accessibility standards and best practicesExperience with collaborative design tools (Figma)Understanding of marketing campaign execution across multiple channelsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
