This role will be responsible for designing and producing signage, social media content, print collateral, and other creative projects that strengthen the Zoo's brand and engage audiences both onsite and online. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and skilled at managing multiple design projects from concept through production.Key ResponsibilitiesSignageDesign and produce on-ground signage, wayfinding, and interpretive graphics that enhance the guest experience.Print & CollateralCreate brochures, sales collateral, direct mail, reports, magazines, and other printed materials to support marketing, education, and development initiatives.Digital & Social MediaDevelop engaging graphics, illustrations, and short-form media for the Zoo's website, email campaigns, and social media platforms. Working with the Communications Coordinator to ensure content is optimized for digital channels and aligned with brand guidelines.Creative CollaborationPartner with the Education, Development, Programming and Conservation Action, and other departments to deliver creative solutions that support institutional goals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.Brand StewardshipUphold consistency in visual identity across all platforms and materials.
