Your role: As a Visual Designer, Marketing Communication, you will play a crucial role in developing visually stunning and effective marketing materials across various digital and print platforms. • Collaborate with designers, content writers and business stakeholders across the organization to achieve the best creative solutions for the brand and business • ideate within the creative team and communicate clearly to spark big ideas • Take creative direction and use self-initiative to shape and form ideas into effective and compelling visual solutions; • Tackle all aspects of the design and production process across a variety of mediums and disciplines, from print to digital/video by designing graphics like icons, graphics and layouts for digital and print applications, designing motion graphics for video or social media, by using applications frequently like, but not limited to, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and occasionally: After Effects Final Cut Pro • Juggle projects with competing deadlines from multiple departments • Communicate effectively with team and partners to present ideas and respond to feedback, help coordinate the printing/production of collateral and physical materials with vendors • Play an ongoing critical supportive role in helping shape our team culture and living brands, create powerful visuals to breathe life into our storytelling narrative and help establish consistent yet flexible brand guidelines that apply across an expanse of delivery media. Look within and outside of the industry for creative inspiration and influences to help drive the creative process. Education and Experience: • At least two (2) years’ experience in Visual communication design.
