In this role you will own design responsibilities on projects, manage day-to-day workflows while maintaining larger project timelines and deliverables, with a high level of self-sufficiency – from beginning design concept to end product. Key job responsibilities • Lead and produce, in partnership with Art Director(s) and Marketing / Brand team, the creative for the retail experience as well as integrated marketing campaigns (i.e. style guides, programs, standards, templates, etc.). • Present design work to VX, UX, Product, and Vendor teams, stakeholders and executive leadership. Basic Qualifications • 4+ years of design experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, marketing environment. • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to design for accessibility standards.
