Responsibilities: - Designing industry leading visuals, graphic design elements and systems for College Football Ultimate Team. - Supporting other Experience Designers within the team to help improve overall visual craft. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in design, marketing, or related studies.3+ years of experience in graphic design or visual design.Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software a must.Experience with Figma, Miro and other collaborative tools is a plus.Understands composition, grid, color theory, typography, iconography, logo and layout design. Comfortable presenting cohesive design approaches and iterating based on feedback.Has a knack for creative problem solving.Takes initiative and ownership; doesn't wait to be asked.An Interest in 3d & motion graphics is ideal.Knowledge of American Football & sports games is beneficial.Experience designing for video games and/or live services with microtransactions is a bonus, not a requirement.
