Job duties include: • Design and Branding: Create visually appealing designs for websites, social media platforms, flyers, brochures, newsletters, reports, presentations, and other outreach materials. • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and professional printers to produce high-quality outreach and marketing materials. • Web and Design Contract Coordination: Collaborate with departments on contracts related to web development and design services; coordinate with vendors to ensure work meets quality standards, timelines, and ORS brand identity.
