Visualization Designer

Salary: As a Visualization Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual materials that are engaging and on-brand... In collaboration with the Architectural Visualization & Graphics Director, the Visualization Designer will produce dynamic visuals for use in project presentations, marketing, award submissions, and responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs). The produced visual deliverables should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate strategic messaging. The Visualization Designer must have the following: • Excellent graphic design and communication skills • Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering workflows using SketchUp with Enscape/ Lumion • Ability to quickly iterate and represent design explorations (with the aid of computer software as well as by hand) • A keen eye for aesthetics and details • A broad portfolio of renderings and graphic work • Ability to produce a variety of high-quality digital and print materials (still images, virtual tours, interactive images, animations, RFQ responses, interview presentations, brochures, and print ads) to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate the audience • Ability to collaborate with team members to complete projects while meeting deadlines • Ability to prepare imagery and collateral for use on the company website and social media platforms • Ability to edit photos for use on the company website and overall JEMA project portfolio • Proficiency in the Adobe suite of applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Lightroom • Video editing and animation knowledge via After Effects + Premiere Pro / Filmora is a plus
