You’re invested in the outcome.Responsibilities:Create smart, compelling creative solutions across a wide array of integrated branding touchpoints including print, interactive/multimedia, and motion graphicsOversee projects from concept through launch across all media Report to the Creative Director and assist the team in the execution of all aspects of our projectsWork closely with other team members, including other designers, developers, strategists & writersProvide guidance and mentoring for other members of the creative teamMove comfortably among multiple projects, each with various audiencesParticipation in collaborative ideation/brainstormingWork within identified budgets, meet all deadlinesAttend/manage photo sessions, video production/editing, and other broadcast-related tasksWork closely with outside agency collaborators and partners Direct and supervise print-proofing and press-check approvalsStay current on all industry trendsRequirements:5+ years of experience with an Advertising Agency/Design Studio/Branding FirmAn established portfolio that showcases integrated campaigns and your strategic creative thinkingStrong conceptual, problem-solving, and execution skillsAbility to understand and identify key strategic issues and develop creative solutionsProven track record of utilizing best design principles and typography, coupled with strong conceptual design skillsAdvanced knowledge of strategy and design development of printed and digital piecesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interpret creative direction to the team and clientsComfortable leading client presentationsMust be organized and very detail-orientedWorks efficiently, proactively, accurately, and independentlyExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite productsExperience in managing and inspiring junior staff, fostering teamwork and idea exchangeStrong organizational and multi-tasking skills, working well under pressureBachelor's Degree of Arts or Fine Arts preferredBe familiar with our work before you applyLove what you do, have a great attitudeApply:Please submit a cover letter, portfolio or portfolio link, resume, and salary parameters.
