Location : San Marcos, CA 92078 Position Summary Responsibilities : - Assist in receiving shipments, arranging warehouse products & organizing stock - Pull items from stock, package them & send them to customers with a very high level of accuracy - Reply to customer emails to solve any problems they may have - Process returns/exchanges & restock products - Plan where stock will be located before new products/reorders arrive - Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse & studio facility - Work directly with CEO to solve problems that occur - Aid customers that visit the location to pickup local orders & shop for products - Be willing to join the design team to give opinions on new products - Keep the studio schedule up to date - Arrange clothing donations that arrive and issue Gift Cards - Keep an organized record of paperwork for returns, donations and orders - Provide ideas for how the brand can improve and streamline our systems further Please reply to this posting with your name, resume and a brief description of why you want to work for Ethos.
