Web Administrator

Rosebud Media, LLC, is the top news and media sales organization in Southern Oregon. We are seeking an onsite full time professional with both technical and creative abilities for our Web Administrator position. This is not a remote job. Website Management & Design: • Extensive experience with WordPress Administration, including but not limited to setup, design, configuration, website optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), maintenance and troubleshooting • Understanding and ability to refine the User Interfaces (UI) and User eXperiences (UX) across all devices and platforms, with examples • Experience in paywall-based websites with proven strategies to engage, acquire and maintain an audience • JW Player / WordPress integration experience helpful (developing video- centric websites and apps) • Experience with project management and working with 3rd party vendors. Other Key Proficiencies: • Analytics: Analyzing and reporting on trends & patterns on all sites to make adjustments for better performance and lower costs; knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to learn and oversee JW Player Analytics and Naviga Discover Analytics • Assist with Google Ad Manager (GAM) ad integration and be a knowledgeable resource for the Advertising department when making edits to client websites • Understanding of business strategies including subscriber acquisition and emergency/essential content (breaking news, local fires, COVID, etc.)
