Some work hours should overlap with 8am - 5pm PST each week to allow for meetings if needed. Remote work. Computer will be provided by the state. Has experience in daily content publishing and writing for multiple audiences; proficiency in the use of content management software, such as Microsoft SharePoint. Tasks will include: meeting with OYA team members to develop realistic ideas for redesigning their internet and intranet site pagesmocking up pages and providing guidance about what is possible to achieve goals of contentdesigning new and redesigning and editing existing site pagesmaintaining our very organized data/content libraries in Sharepoint and posting updated documentsassist with OYA’s annual web content review and updating projectworking with team members and communications staff to write and edit content for new and existing pagespotentially providing basic Sharepoint training to limited numbers of staffOregon Youth Authority works with youth who are incarcerated at the state level, ages 12-24.
