Web Designer

Kreativa Group, a creative and marketing agency based in Miami and Los Angeles, is seeking a talented and innovative Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for beautiful yet functional design, a creative mindset, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories. This role involves collaborating with our internal team members and our clients to produce high-quality design assets that resonate with our clients' target audiences and align with Kreativa Group's standards of excellence. This is a 1099 contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce a wide range of digital creative assets, including websites, landing pages, performance creative (ads) for our clientsConceptualize and execute visually compelling campaignsCollaborate with our marketing team to ensure designs meet strategic objectives and brand guidelinesParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to elevate our creative offeringsManage projects (usually no more than two simultaneously) from concept through completionMeet with clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis providing project updates on status, design progress, design reviewsStay updated on the latest trends in design and technology to keep Kreativa Group at the forefront of the industry

Qualifications

US based candidates only, we prefer candidates in Miami, FLBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency settingProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and with web design tools (Figma)Experience in the most common web platforms - Shopify, Webflow, WordpressStrong portfolio showcasing a range of digital creative projectsAdaptable, forward thinking, open to embracing AI through smart prompt engineeringExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCreative thinker with a passion for design, innovation, and learningNOTE: We will only accept and review qualified candidates from the US and with submitted portfolios. International candidates or submissions without a portfolio will be ignored
