Web Designer

Hey Mr is looking for a part-time Web Designer to join our Denver agency. This position is responsible for bringing artistry and technical proficiency to the creation of websites. LOCAL please! On-site Monday-Wednesday 9am-5pm Remote/ Contract Position Pay: $20-$25/hr based on experience. What You’ll Do In This Role: Writing, editing, and optimizing web content Designing webpage layout Determining technical requirements Updating websites Creating back up files Solving code problems Work cross-functionally to enhance the overall user experience of our client’s platforms Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish Actively participate in refining and improving the process of digital media and website development Lead the concept development for the creation of assets and collateral Meticulously organize and prepare files for development handoff Apply brand standards to innovative creative solutions for a variety of clients Develop workable, accessible, solutions within a variety of budgets and timeframes Guide projects from strategy, through concept, to handoff and execution The Experience You’ll Bring: College degree and/or equivalent work experience 2+ years of industry/agency, including experience in a digital capacity Experience in Graphic Design, Brand Equity Development, UX/UI Design, Website Design, and Digital Product Development 2+ years of experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (Java, PHP, NodeJS, Python, Ruby) Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Must be comfortable with the following platforms, Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify Solid knowledge of applicable programs related to Graphic Design, UI Design, and Development Handoff (Photoshop, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe XD, Invision, etc.)
