The Role We are looking for an experienced Web Designer to join our team! \\- Collaborate with the internal marketing team \\- Translate high-level requirements into graphics and engaging pages \\- Translate products and concepts into visually stimulating designs \\- Produce ready-to-code and engaging landing pages \\- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and design trends What We're Looking For \\- 3+ years of professional design experience with custom coded pages (HTML, CSS, PHP, etc) \\- Familiar with HTML and CSS \\- Experience with performance marketing/eCommerce a plus \\- Excellent visual design skills with a focus on mobile first design, user- interaction, conversion, CTAs \\- Familiarity with Adobe Suite \\- Knowledge of wireframe and design tools (Adobe XD, InVision, etc) \\- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging This position is in-office only near La Jolla / Miramar.
