We are a fast-growing, boutique creative agency specializing in the financial services industry, looking for a creative, motivated individual to help lead our digital projects from inception through execution, and to help design and build professional, functional websites for our clients. We primarily use Webflow, so candidates with a working knowledge of the platform will be strongly preferred, but experience building websites across multiple platforms, including WordPress, or prototyping in Sketch, Figma, XD or InVision, will also be considered. A working knowledge of SEO principles and strategy is not required but is a plus, and while agency experience, or creative experience in the financial services or other professional fields is preferred, we believe finding the right person is more important than finding the right skillset - If you’re eager to learn and have a genuine interest in helping build our team and our business, we will provide training and education as needed. Our firm is small but growing, so there are ample opportunities for growth and development. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in UX/UI design, development or visual/graphic arts • Minimum three years professional experience • Experience managing website design and development projects from inception through completion • Website UI/UX design skills (We use Webflow for all our web design/development projects, and are willing to train the right candidate) • A basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, CSS, etc.
