Web Designer Full-Time with Benefits and Perks

As a Web designer you will work on cool projects and create the look, layout, feel, functionality and features of all the websites we are developing. · Consult with clients to understand visual concepts, formatting requirements, end-user needs and company brand and image to develop a strategy for building websites · Strategize and plan compelling and effective design concepts, wireframes, and mock-ups · Create captivating content and search for stock images, videos, icons, and web assets that will assist in producing a website aligned with the client's vision · Create digital assets and graphics to be used for websites, landing pages, and various projects · Design attractive websites and web pages that are intuitive, functional, and visually appealing · Collaborate with project manager, development, and copy writing team to complete website projects · Track and evaluate site performance and make adjustments as necessary · Complete projects on time and within budget · Assist with configuring website servers and DNS information · Assist with testing to identify glitches, broken links and other problems before publicly launching the website · Provide thought-leadership on web design best practices and next-generation digital trends Required · Must have work portfolio of previous projects · Proven understanding of web design fundamentals · Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch · Must have Wordpress experience · Experience working with themes and boilerplate templates · Proficient in Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) · Knowledge working with web hosts, servers, and domain registrars · General understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, MySQL, and web-related code · Excellent time-management skills · Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography · Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats · Awareness of UI/UX principles · Familiarity with digital photo editing · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy · Must be creative and self-motivated Our clients range from tech start-ups to fortune 500 companies in all types of industries, enabling our team to constantly work on fun and exciting projects.
