WEB DESIGNER NEEDED

Fast paced internet sales-based company needs an experienced front end developer / designer. We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven graphic designer and website developer experienced in working with the Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and the Laravel framework to join our in- house team. You will be responsible for managing front end UI / UX and creating a unique and engaging website that is well received by users and search engines. RESPONSIBILITIES o Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript and jQuery o Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git) o Experience in cross-browser and platform compatibility, accessibility, and testing o Understanding of web standards for responsive desktop and mobile design o Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps o Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages o Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire- framing tools o Understanding of web standards for responsive desktop and mobile design o Understanding of website conversion, UX, and UI best practices o Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers o Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules o Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges o Integration of data storage solutions SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS o Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks, especially Laravel.
