Web Developer / Graphics Design Specialist with Security Clearance

Position Title : Web Developer / Graphics Design Specialist Location : Fort Hood, TX; White Sands Missile Range, NM Clearance required : Secret (Tier 3 / T3R investigation); interim Secret required before starting work. Scope of Work: Develops and maintains ATEC intranet and public-facing websites and graphic interfaces, ensuring Section 508 and WCAG AA accessibility compliance and DoD publishing standards. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Develop and maintain graphic interfaces and websites using tools such as the Adobe Creative SuiteMaintain ATEC, ATC, AEC, and OEC intranet sites using a Government-provided portal or web development technologyMaintain public-facing internet sites in accordance with DoD policy and Army publishing standards, obtaining PAO approval and maintaining a change logEnsure all web interfaces meet Section 508 and WCAG AA accessibility standardsCoordinate content updates with departmental content owners and subject matter experts and mitigate all vulnerabilities QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (minimum)U.S. citizenshipAbility to speak, read, write, and understand English proficientlyProficiency with computers and Microsoft Office softwareActive Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R)DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M baseline certification appropriate to the assigned work role and level, held prior to performance, with the required computing environment (CE) certification obtained within six (6) months of appointment.
