This position has a substantial emphasis on web development, so simply graphic design experience will not qualify you. Communicate with marketing leadership to develop a keen understanding of our audience and help create a unique design aesthetic for each of our many web properties that is aligned to the needs of the target personas Willingness to take creative direction and incorporate feedback into your design Strong creative problem-solving skills Minimum of three years experience in web development and a minimum of one year experience as graphic designer/production artist.
