Our Apprenticely Internship Program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in technology-focused positions to gain hands-on experience under the guidance of professional mentors. If you’re passionate about web design, graphic design, user experience, and technology—and enjoy bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design—this internship offers an opportunity to build real-world experience and make a lasting impact. Design and build webpages, digital resources, and participant portals using the Wix platformCreate intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences that improve how participants engage with Serve2Perform programsDevelop presentations, one-pagers, white papers, and other branded marketing materialsCollaborate with leadership to translate ideas into engaging digital experiences and visual contentBring fresh ideas and design thinking to improve Serve2Perform’s online presence and tell its story in meaningful waysAssist with graphic design projects that support leadership development programs, AI initiatives, and client engagementParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions to new business initiativesUtilize AI tools to improve productivity, content development, and creative workflowsSupport website updates, digital content organization, and ongoing improvements across Serve2Perform’s online platformsSupport management of the S2P Community App. If you are a match, an offer will be made for you to get started in your new apprenticeship role!
