Requirements • Experienced and able to work independently in the following design softwares: Figma (preferred), Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator • Experience designing websites & graphics from scratch (no templates) • Knowledge of graphic fundamentals, color, typography, images, and layout • Extensive creative portfolio • A keen eye for aesthetics and details • Strong organizational & communication skills • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines • Be obsessed about quality and pay attention to detail • Ability to receive design feedback/critique and modify accordingly • Detail oriented, reliable, self-starting individual • Passion to create and learn new things • Productive, fun, and creative • Have a customer focused attitude • Passionate about user experience • Personal accountability and responsibility • Aligns with the Core Values of Integrity, Ethics, and Service through behaviors that demonstrate a positive commitment to the customer and the organization. • Collaborate with clients, managers, and team members throughout the various phases of a project in order to create compelling designs. • Communicate with clients via email and phone to discuss project scope and design.
