Web/Graphic Designer

Under the direction of the Creative Director, the web/graphic designer will create marketing materials including website mock-ups, landing pages, custom HTML e-mails and digital assets that maintain EGIA’s visual identity. **This is a full-time, in-house position at our Sacramento office. Remote applicants will not be considered. ** Duties and Responsibilities • Design and develop marketing materials for print and web, through use of strong typography and appealing graphics • Design and code custom emails • Design the look and feel of websites and web interfaces. Extra points for designers who can work in WordPress • Work with the team to elevate the look and feel of brands, including logos, icons, fonts, colors, photography, and more • Monitor and update website appearance for visual quality • Maintain continuity in design standards set by company style/brand guide, paying close attention to the nuances of each product line and partner brand • Manage multiple priorities under deadlines, independently and working with a team **Qualifications & Experience** • Minimum 5 years experience in web design • Minimum 5 years experience in graphic design • Expert level proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite • Expert level proficiency of CSS and Responsive Web Design • Experience in Bootstrap framework • Experience working with WordPress is a plus • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects • A passion for clean, functional, impactful, contemporary yet sophisticated design • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong Time Management Skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements • Highly Organized and Effective • Ability to take constructive criticism and implement creative direction • Ability to adapt and pick up new techniques
