Website and Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web and Graphic Designer to join our communications / marketing team. This role will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of Ivory Innovations across both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has an interest in social impact or housing affordability and combines a strong design sensibility with skills in web design and brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update Ivory Innovations’ website (built on Wix) and digital assets to ensure a cohesive brand look, SEO best practices, and a great user experience • Develop engaging visual content for reports, presentations, email newsletters, social media, events, printed items (e.g., team swag), and other communications opportunities • Collaborate with social media manager / content writer and program teams to support campaigns and storytelling initiatives • Manage and support backend marketing operations, analytics, and systems (e.g., organize assets in Google Drive or other platforms, set and track results against annual goals) • Assist with video editing, photo selection, and basic animation or motion graphics as needed Compensation and Benefits • Starting salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience • 401(k) with company match • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and holidays
