Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and execute website design needs.
Utilize HTML, CSS, and other web design tools to ensure optimal functionality and responsiveness of websites.
Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics to promote university events and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices to continuously improve the university's online presence.
Conduct user testing to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve website usability.
Maintain and update existing website content as needed.
Develop and implement digital design strategies to enhance the university's overall branding efforts.
Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to understand and incorporate their design needs and requirements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Ensure all designs align with the university's brand guidelines and standards.
Attend meetings and present design concepts and strategies to team members and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve any design or technical issues that may arise.

Train and mentor junior designers, interns, and team members as needed.
