COBALT COMMUNICATIONS, an established and fast-growing company in St. Louis, is searching for a highly-motivated individual for the position of web designer to join its e-commerce team. The successful candidate will: *Proficiency coding HTML5 and CSS3 without the need for WYSIWYG editors *Experience developing sites with SEO in mind *Experience creating mobile interfaces as part of responsive web design *Strong knowledge and experience creating graphics and layouts with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or *similar high-end graphics software *Skilled at developing materials for the web, for email, and for print *Experience with strategic design of both static (HTML) and dynamic (Database-driven) websites *Working knowledge of JavaScript/JQuery (e.g. install scripts, modify code, etc.) *PLUS: Familiarity with Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools & other performance/metrics/management platforms *PLUS: Prior experience managing AdWords accounts *PLUS: Experience working with ASP.NET/MVC/Razor projects/Bootstrap *PLUS: Knowledge of Shopify E-Commerce platform, including its Liquid scripting language *PLUS: Wordpress Competitive salary plus performance incentives Paid vacation, health benefits, and retirement program Paid vacation and sick days
