Funnelpot is a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Chicago built for startups and challenger brands that want bold, fast-track marketing. If you’re a self-starter who loves clean design, fast turnarounds, and bringing ideas to life—let’s talk. What You’ll Do: • Design and build websites (mostly in Webflow—WordPress/Shopify are a plus) • Collaborate with content, branding, and marketing teams to create digital experiences that actually convert • Own your projects from start to finish, bringing strong creative POVs to the table • Stay on top of trends, tools, and design tech that push our work forward • Shape Funnelpot’s and our clients' visual digital presence with confidence and originality What We’re Looking For: • Experience in Webflow (must-have), plus a bonus for other web design platforms • A sharp eye for clean, modern design—especially UI/UX • Strong self-management skills and the ability to meet fast-paced timelines • Excited to work in a startup environment where every day brings something new • Ability to manage multiple client and internal projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication and timely updates throughout the design process • Adept at conducting client meetings to gather project requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively • While this is a hybrid role, we are looking for someone located in Chicago, IL : • Work in a creative, high-energy environment where your ideas matter • Be part of a startup that’s growing fast and making an impact • Opportunity to lead and shape web design projects without corporate red tape • Creative freedom in a collaborative, no-ego team • Real ownership of projects—your work won’t just sit in a Figma file • We move quickly and value ideas over hierarchy • Grow your portfolio fast with a wide variety of clients across industries
