RCP America is looking for a Website and Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team in Tampa, Florida. We are a family-owned company in the automotive car care industry with a goal of becoming one of the top brands in the country — and we need someone creative, ambitious, and detail-oriented to help us get there.

This is not a position where someone will be micromanaged every day. We are looking for someone who can quickly understand tasks, adapt fast, solve problems, and take ownership of their work.

Our website presence and digital branding are a huge focus moving forward, and this person will play an important role in shaping how our company is seen online.

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve company websites
Design and update website pages, layouts, and graphics
Work with our private B2B portal and customer-facing website
Create labels, marketing graphics, banners, and promotional material
Design social media graphics and marketing content
Assist with video-related projects depending on experience
Support distributor and marketing team needs
Fill in on various marketing projects when needed
Help improve overall branding and digital presentation

Requirements

Strong experience with website design and upkeep
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Photoshop
Illustrator
Premiere Pro
Lightroom
Strong understanding of design, layout, and branding
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to learn quickly without constant walkthroughs
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience with coding/web development is a plus
Experience with Wix or B2B/eCommerce platforms is a plus

Portfolio Required

Applicants must provide a portfolio of work they personally created. We are looking for original creativity, strong design ability, and real-world execution.

Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
