CS3 Investments is committed to delivering exceptional returns to its 595 active investor partners and has distributed over $8 million to date. This person will be responsible for designing and building attractive, functional, production-ready websites, working primarily in Framer and Figma. It's a fast-paced role, ideal for someone resilient, self-driven, and who enjoys delivering high-quality work under pressure.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build websites in Framer, from concept to live, fully functional site.Create designs in Figma: wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.Apply and maintain branding consistency across all deliverables.Work fast without sacrificing quality, managing multiple projects at once.Collaborate with the team to continuously iterate and improve designs.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Framer, with a portfolio of live, active websites (not just mockups).Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Figma and canva ( or similar)Proven experience in branding and design (portfolio required).Ability to work at high speed while maintaining quality under pressure.Resilience, autonomy, and an ownership mindset.Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).Availability for full-time work.What We OfferCompensation of $1,500 - $2,000 USD/month, based on experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
