Wide Format Print Production

We are a wide format print shop - we print signage, posters, vehicle wraps, trade show displays, etc. The job opening we have is for a print production person to receive and setup graphic files from customers, print the files, perform finishing tasks, and prepare the final products for customer pickup, delivery or installation. Printers we use include 60" wide roll to roll latex ink printers and 98" wide UV ink flatbed printers. Duties include: \\- artwork setup using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop \\- creating original designs/layouts based on customer requests \\- loading print media on to printers \\- running wide format printers \\- laminating prints \\- trimming prints using various cutting tools including CNC table cutter/router, vinyl plotter/cutter, manual large format cutters, laser cutter/engraver \\- Performing maintenance tasks on printing and finishing equipment \\- help other production personnel do whatever it takes to keep the operation going - pack products for shipping, clean up, empty garbage, unload trucks, etc. it would be preferable to have experience or knowledge in at least some of the above Other Helpful Experience: \\- two or four year degree preferred in a related field, such as graphic design or print production \\- experience in graphic design or print production \\- experience in large format graphic installation \\- experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop please send your resume if interested
